Pet Policy

At DW Properties, we understand that pets are family, and we’re excited to offer pet-friendly living options. To ensure the comfort and safety of all residents, we’ve established the following pet policy:

Pet-Friendly Units: Not all units are pet-friendly, but we are pleased to offer select pet-friendly options. Please look for the cat and/or dog icon indicating which properties are Pet Friendly.

Weight Limit: Pets must not exceed 30lbs pounds at full maturity.

Restrictions:  For the safety of our community, we have certain breed restrictions in place. 

Breed Restrictions: Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Presa Canario, German Shepherds, Huskies, Malamutes, Dobermans, Chowchows, St. Bernard’s, Great Danes, Akitas, Terriers (Staffordshire), Wolf Breeds, American Bull Dog, Karelian Bear Dog, Any hybrid or mixed breed of one of the aforementioned breeds.

Pet Fees and Deposits: A non-refundable pet deposit of $250 per household is required along with a monthly pet fee of $50 per pet.

Leash and Control Requirements: All pets must be on a leash or in a carrier when outside your apartment or within any shared spaces.
